Protect Our Rural Spaces: Say NO to the Cluster-Home Ordinance Change

To the Amity Township Board of Supervisors:

We, the undersigned residents and taxpayers of Amity Township, formally state our resolute opposition to the proposed ordinance changes that would permit high-density cluster-home developments within our Rural Conservation districts.

Our Rural Conservation zones serve a vital purpose: preserving natural habitats, managing stormwater runoff, preventing oversaturated traffic on rural roads, and maintaining the historic, open-space character of our community.

Allowing high-density clustering in these protected zones directly contradicts the long-term environmental and planning goals of Amity Township. We urge the Board of Supervisors to vote NO on this ordinance change and uphold the integrity of our conservation districts.
